Our Ayurvedic practitioner is well trained. She graduated from Kerala Ayurveda Academy as an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner and has studied with leaders in the field of Ayurveda and natural healing.
Yvonne Elizabeth Heitz
Ayurvedic Practitioner, AWC, LMT
Yvonne is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and the owner of Ancient Roots Healing. She began her formal study of Ayurveda in 2001 at California College of Ayurveda in Grass Valley, California and completed her Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner certification at Kerala Ayurveda Academy with a special interest in traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulations. She has studied Ayurveda, Yoga, Vedanta, Massage, and Panchakarma techniques. Yvonne and her husband have raised 4 healthy boys with the guidance of Ayurveda. She has helped many clients and friends improve their health and wellbeing

Madeline Gustofson
Madeline is a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner graduating from The Ayurvedic Institute, A Vedic Astrologer, Postpartum Care Provider, Certified Hatha Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Holistic Birth Doula, and Panchakarma Technician. She is the founder of Roots and Nectar Vedic Astrology and Wellness and specializes in Vedic Astrolgy readings and In-Home Postpartum Care.
